1. Nature of Our Services

Digioto provides digital services such as website design & development, SEO, social media marketing, branding, graphic design, paid advertising, content marketing and business consulting. Since these are customised digital services, they cannot be returned like physical products.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may request cancellation before the project work begins.
• Once work has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the amount of work completed.
• Digioto reserves the right to approve or decline cancellation requests.

3. Refund Policy

As Digioto provides customised digital services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below:

• Advance payments are generally non-refundable once the project has started.
• If a refund is approved, charges for the completed work will be deducted.
• SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads and other monthly marketing plans are non-refundable after the service period has begun.
• Domain registration, web hosting, SSL certificates, software licenses and third-party subscriptions are non-refundable.

4. Return Policy

Digioto provides digital services only. Since no physical products are sold, there is no return policy applicable.

5. Project Delays

Project timelines depend on timely communication and approvals from the client. Delays caused by missing content, approvals or required information may extend the project delivery schedule.

6. Payment Disputes

If you have any concerns regarding billing or payments, please contact Digioto within seven (7) days of receiving the invoice so we can review the matter promptly.
